Popular teledrama Actress Dilini Lakmali Thirimanne came into the field after being ITN Aurudu Kumariya in 2008. Making her acting debut through the ‘Pinibinbu’ teledrama Dilini has rose to fame through her performances in several teledramas including Uthpala, Pini Aga Pulingu, Nil Nethu and Kirikawadi .Although she was not seen in the Silver screen after the “Prathiru” movie, her “Muthu palasa ” tele drama is going in the television these days. It is reported that Wasantha Moragoda has been able to send the actress Dilini Lakmali who is also known as ” big-eyed Dilini, back to school.
